It was also confirmed that pacific said they got the o/s/ count from global and global has denied ever sending them any o/s figures, probably done by the shorts...

Good example of how unclear communication can get rumors started. I imagine you're referring to the "certified letter" that was alleged to have been sent by Global to Pacific, telling Pacific what the o/s was.

I doubt any such letter ever existed. All you need to determine the o/s is a VERY quick glance at the books. I don't understand why so many people think it's a complicated issue. And once again, Urbie knows how much stock he issued.

just called first global and spoke to a rep,he stated that he did not know about any audit.also he said that thay (first global)never at any time gave out a number on the o/s,and that it was given out by pacific.and that is the reason that cmkx came back to them.first global was told by the company (cmkx)not to release the info.i think someone on the outside (short's/mm's)threw a wrench into the work's.god thay have got to be staining thair shorts.pardon the pun.don't panic.the best way to calm yourself down call them your self.702-656-4919.the man i spoke was very nice and did not seem to mind the number of call's that thay have gotten.the fact that thay did not know about the audit tells me that urban and glenn may of had someone else do it to keep a lid on the o/s.we cant push for everything when we think we should get it.stay calm and wait it out.let the big boys run the show.after watching this board and everyone like it for the past 4 weeks i have come to think that alot of the posters need to get a life.j.shell and her group of snake oil salesmen.people want to play with this company and i think it is the wrong time and thay are going to get burnt big time.all eyes are on us (cmkx)at this time.dont trust anything that you cant prove for yourself.do your dd and turst your gut.
