Pagan have you seen the entire contractual agreement ? I've not seen it in toto so what I would like to know is the specifics spelled out in case there's a default. We know that Kroplin secured his rights through the patents (or so we were told anyway). This is what should be known more especially since globetel/sanswire seems to be experts at defaulting on debts, agreements, contracts.... etc.

Pagan, I do not recall...

the due date and amount of the next payment. I do recall it being discussed on the board. I am currently without the search feature and just thought I would ask.

I am one however that thinks something will be worked out without GlobeTel/Sanswire coming up with the money. TAO has never had any success on their own and they have a long history with the company.

They seem to be a good match, especially considering Kroplin's history of taking advantage of investors.

PS If I come across it, I'll post it.

Pagan: If that is so, then why did SNSR agree to pay TAO a large sum of cash (which I sincerely doubt they've paid) as well as hand them a huge amount of SNSR stock?

You say that SNSR leased TAO the "technology." What "technology" might that be? If I lease something, a car or a building, I fully expect to pay the landlord. In this case, TAO "leased" the "technology" but SNSR is PAYING THEM! That doesn't make sense to me.
