Just a reminder (for what it is worth) to my fellow Neomites! i heard with my own ears the CEO of Scanbuy talking to his lawyer and saying Neomedia has us over a barrel and we are going to loose and we have to settle.....I do not know what, if anything, has changed, but that at least was the sentiment at one point! I for one am trusting that it is still the case and ultimately we will hear a ruling in our favor!
