How exactly did they screw you? Explain to me what the company did on purpose to "screw" you. Lay it out in detail.

When companies become illiquid and their price falls to unsupportable levels, a R/S is the logical thing to do to PRESERVE shareholder value... not destroy it. Did the management of DPDW screw their shareholders? It was at $1.40+ and now its at $0.14. Last time I checked they had grown their revenues 4 times over and acquired some nice subs. I am down money in that stock on my last trade but you don't see me over their crying about it.

Did you know the NASDAQ has been overlooking it's minimum listing requirements because so many listed companies have fallen under a dollar and can't recover? These are Fortune 500 companies mind you. Many of those companies will need to do a R/S in order to meet the standards.

Did you also know the dollar volume in the OTC has almost all but evaporated? Down almost 80% from last year? Don't you think that might have had something to do with the lack of liquidity?

Here's an idea..

How about getting your head out of your a-rears and come to the realization that just maybe the reason you lost money here is because the economy is in a major recession. Lets not forget the credit crises which caused many business to fold. If your looking for somoene to blame.. look towards your elected officials who got us into this mess.

So the company had to raise some money? News flash big guy, pretty much all public companies have been having to run the printers. Even our own Government is running the printers at full capacity. That's what's going to drive inflation and push the recession even deeper. Just curious, do you even know how our economy works?

When your market cap is barely even $50,000 and you have no liquidity, it kinda makes raising even a tiny bit of money difficult. I don't expect you to understand how market dynamics play into all of this. By displaying your emotions so openly, I already know you don't have what it takes to be successful at trading stocks. My suggestion is quit while you still have some money left. Leave the market before it eats you alive... and trust me, it will.

How about instead of blaming the company for your losses, take some responsibility for attempting to play in the stock market when it is so obvious you have no business doing so. If you found yourself loosing money, then you should have been disciplined enough to cut your losses and move on. If you couldn't get out because of a lack of liquidity... well then you should have thought about that when you purchased a stock with limited liquidity.

One thing I learned while providing OTC companies with IR.. the OTC is full of inexperienced wannabe stock traders that have no business in the stock market, period. These message boards are their favorite hang outs where they can come and chat with other inexperienced people. Everyone feels intelligent when they are surrounded by idiots. The whole reason most these people hang out on these message boards is because they don't know how to pick their own investments.

There are a couple of genuine shareholders here who understand the tough conditions the company faces. They are willing to wait it out with the company during this period. All you are doing is hurting those individuals with your petty child like crying.

You invested in a highly risky, speculative, non-reporting pinksheet company, during a recession, in historically the worse OTC liquidity ever.. and you have the audacity to blame the company... and cry about it on a public message board?

Seriously guy, get over yourself. Do yourself a favor and leave penny stocks behind.

Watch out as he was the paid promoter on this one. He didn't do very well as the company is in the crapper but lets face it...You get what you pay for!
