If Hodge does come back with an answer the Xers don't approve of will he be the next person they turn on? The Xers make a habit of that and when they do it gets ugly.
Why can't Hodge step up and speak for himself? There are a number of mediums for him to address the shareholders on, and bhollenegg isn't exactly a reliable individual for some shareholders to have a delivered message of "official confirmation" come from. Whatever that may be.
No wonder there is always mass confusion in CMKXland.

I received a phone call from Attorney Hodges's Firm. I know this is taking longer than we anticipated, but there are reasons for this. Initially, when I asked for Attorney Hodges’s assistance, I expected a quick phone call would secure the confirmation on the compensation. My brief telephone conversations with Attorney Al Hodges on his approach and strategy confirmed to me why his name is on the door and not mine. There are legal issues as Portrush pointed out in an earlier post. Attorney Hodges is ensuring that all information provided are 100% accurate and accountable. All I can say is that Attorney Hodges will have an answer for us in 10 working days. This 10-day request was not from Attorney Hodges. Please understand I cannot provide any details nor will I second-guess Attorney Al Hodges strategy. We do not want to fuel the ones who are trying to stop this progression in obtaining an official confirmation that is 100% accurate and accountable. Attorney Al Hodges and Mr. Dennis Smith will provide the information.
