Now, about this "cash flow positive", where did that come from? Likewise, the deep pocket investors?....and I don't mean "customers".

I find it totally incredulous that a company like you're describing would find it necessary to get itself listed on Alibaba to find a buyer if, indeed, it had any backers, was cash flow positive, with zero debt. I also find it incredulous that the owners would would be willing to settle for 5 million shares of .0004 stock plus a stake in a new company such as MOBL's started which probably has virtually no value. It just doesn't add up to what you've stated. Thank you too.

At best, it's an old company that had a lot of trouble making it, and it's looking for new life with a holding company that may or may not be able to get it listed on a stock exchange years from now.
