I have called every phone number I could find for the SEC, OTC/PK, FINRA and finally called INTEGRITY STOCK TRANSFER regarding BIHC latest PR:

FT. MYERS, Fla., Jan. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BIH Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: BIHC - News) The Company announced today that it has submitted its dividend payment request as outlined by their Transfer Agent to FINRA as required, after FINRA review and approval they will forward it to NASDAQ's Dividend department [phone] for execution.

Nobody has any paper work regarding a possible dividend payment, cash or stock. FINRA says, "no anticipated dividend seen on their system."

INTEGRITY STOCK TRANSFER said NO ONE at BIH Corporation has asked them to start paper work for a dividend.

Possibly a "long" sold large amount of shares.

Market makers take it down when there are large size sells. It will move back up if there are just a few small buys.
