I received an email for Cris Galo 17-Jan-09 04:10 pm I now believe (99 percent) that all filings are done with Nasdaq for dividends. What type of dividend and when, I do not know. I was given a contact person at Nasdaq and contacted them. They informed me that all filings for Dividends have to be filed with Nasdaq first and the paperwork has been filed. I am willing to wait and see what type of Dividend, cash, stock or both. Rating :

When I called FINRA and NASDAQ, and asked if paperwork had been filed, they told me they are not allowed to say one way the other if paperwork was filed. They said the information would appear on publications such as the OTCBB Daily List or Bloombergs and that is the way the public is informed.

I have seen this post....also received it in my personal email box......not sure about this myself.
