You didn't offer an explanation as to why they will allow only sells, not buys?

I use scottrade, as well as Etrade, the latter makes you call in, but scottrade won't allow you to buy it, but they will let you sell it.

Without being vague why is that? I've never had them do that to any other pink.

I'm not smart enough to know...why then?
I had the same issue with etrade...had to call it in.

Good post zxc...I really would like a plausible explanation that would apply to RCCH.

If brokers like Scottrade, etrade, etc. were looking after us so we don't make bad decisions, half of the pinks would need to be called in.

"One could next argue"... I'm not in the mood to argue. The purpose of my post was to ask legitimate questions, which require clarifying answers. You or matingale (to whom these questions were directed) have so far not come through.
