PinkElephant, you missed the meaning of that statement...

"Neither Hemi's management, nor Hemi Energy, Inc., has sold stock in the open market in 2007.

That does not mean that they haven't issued shares. Combine that sentence with the rest of the paragraph. The way most believe AH prints arise from is the issuance of shares directly into the market via "deals" with market makers/brokerages to sell stock in the open market to raise immediate cash. They have not done this and put it in print they did not do this.

What that statement means is that none of Hemi's management sold their stock nor has Hemi Energy (the company) sold stock into the open market. Issuing shares for leases and local services is not issuing shares directly into the market for cash.

There was nothing misleading about that statement. You just misunderstood or overlooked the meaning of "sold stock in the open market".
