Concern is of course that BAC isn't there in 2 years. Implied volatility is pretty high which is leading to the higher return. Trade wise, I think it's good, but a similar return could probably be had in other less risky issues. Especially if you just wrote a few puts along with the buy-write. I think I might prefer extra shares of a less risky issue for a similar return.
