You're reaching!

Go look at the analytical data man! Stop wasting your time, go spend it somewhere else.

People here are smart enough not to buy what you're selling.

comments with a grain of salt. redone.

re;
The property was bought for $380,000 Canadian dollars in January 2008 when the price of nobium had already gone through the roof....

(1) Why was the property still being sold for a mere $380,000?

(2) Why was no other party interested in buying it except SRSR, after they failed to find a buyer themselves?

(3) Why was SRSR ever even trying to find a buyer instead of snatching it themselves in the first place?

original brokerage PR to sell the property:

I would assume that no one else wanted to put the money into developing it at this stage. How did Barrick Gold and GG get the Dominican Republic property so cheap? It was because the development costs are high.

I would also assume that the seller of the property retained some of the mineral rights and if he can get 340K plus a share of the properties production if it is ever mined, he is that much better off.

Do you think it is impossible to stumble on to a deal? I can show you thousands of them in California and Florida real estate right now.

Assay results are now proving out the Dominion Gulf Study. That they have Niobium is now a no brainer.

380K + 2% royalties was the purchase price!

Leaving out critical information that one is aware of is the same a lying.
