The property was bought for $380,000 Canadian dollars in January 2008 when the price of nobium had already gone through the roof....

(1) Why was the property still being sold for a mere $380,000?

(2) Why was no other party interested in buying it except SRSR, after they failed to find a buyer themselves?

(3) Why was SRSR ever even trying to find a buyer instead of snatching it themselves in the first place?
