I did not take any of his posts to be eminent. I took them as factual information that could lead to the results of a FC lawsuit in time, any time at that. Anyone who read those posts from Bopfan and think that they are getting a payout tomorrow are people who should not be investing in the first place. Bopfan has given us great legal information based on her knowledge of the law, which none of us have for the most part. I have yet to read a post saying that she claims that on a given date we will get paid.

Her posts are no more, no less valuable than hers. If newbies misinterpret a post and lose money on that then that is their fault, not Bopfans, not yours. I think that the newbs can read posts on their own and make a rational decision based on their DD. I don't think the average reader needs a policeman to tell them what they should or should not believe. Bopfans and your points are both valid... just as valid as one another.

The only real warning that newbies need to hear is to ignore d indian... he is truly the town fool around here. :)

IMHO of course!

WaS, much respect for you. Some of us just think that there are merits to Bopfan's theories. Otherwise, lawyers of WAMUQ wouldn't be researching "Fraudulent Transfer" They've been discussing it since 01Nov08. Now, no one knows for certain if they are going to pursue this avenue but it's good to know they were still talking about it by 20Nov08.

I wouldn't worry about newbies. Most likely they are holding their shares tightly. The only ones that may be left in the dust are wanna be traders thinking they can keep getting in and out of this stock. I too flip this but always hold a core position.
