They have already drilled their well and lied about it soundly. I still remember listening to CNBC report on the billion barrel find by chevron in the JDZ and then it went all the way to not commercially viable. And can't forget Jeff Shrull's words about it being the biggest thing he's ever seen. I don't think he was escited for nothing.
