Value lne index of what??? I’m unfamiliar with it… No definition

airedale88, it is amazing how the Value Line Index kept going up. It seems to fly in the face of "the bubble". Like the bubble was only for the biggest cap stocks and the smaller (or just average) ones never had a bubble or a crash, just a big continuing rise.

That char looks like another little move up, or it's a truncated fifth since mid May. From the October '02 lows, the Valueline looks very motive. The DOW and SAP could make new tops with Valueline, but the NAZ shouldn't confirm.
