that's the chart. the Value Line Index has been around for a long time. it's an unweighted index of 1700 stocks and contains all the INDU 30, the SP500, NDX 100, etc. it was the 1st index to have a futures contract traded, at the KCBT. once SP500 futures started, V Line futures lost it's popularity.
i didn't put any indicators on it. price action alone tells an interesting story.
