Dd: I guess no press release because the company doesn't considered it to be a big deal. Instead of the 8-K reporting under item 1.01, Material Definitive Agreement, they reported it under item 8.01, Other Events. Just joking.

NORMAL..IDCC PR..and mgt attention to their public investors.They use ALL of the 45 days to release the news they more than likely already had and then release an ambiguous 8K?
