Hey Peacock is pretty clever. He will figure a way to get on the Green Train with Obama and milk this deal for a nice increase in the PPS before it completely dies. He will figure a way not to dilute for a while to build up the value for his benefit, of course, and subsequently we longs will benefit. JMHO of course!
