I want to respond to some of these items that TN bring sup.
a) He recommends that people call and ask questions. Some of us have, but in me talking to Ron @ Audiostocks he has told me that very few shareholders actually call. If we ALL start calling the company, emailing IR, reaching out to the investors, etc - IT WILL make a difference in showing that we care about acquiring information.
b) Information obtained from kauderer does show that they are not a PR company, but one of their jobs IS to generate leads for a company that leads to good press. They don't put it out and they likely don't write any of it. They're an investment boutique that puts together deals to help other companies and themselves be successful.
c) If Kauderer invested a bunch of money into ASFX, they WILL NOT let it fail. Companies like this - that have the job of trying to be successful, get their name out there, bring their companies relationships, investors, IR, PR, money in order to introduce a product, buy a product, release a product, sell a product, whatever. If Kauderer invested in this company, with their business funds, I find it quite exciting because they obviously think that the company is worth saving, will do try hard to do what it takes to build the relationships of success and ensure that shareholders (because they are one) are taken care of.
Right now, from what we believe we know, the walgreens deal and the Babies-R-Us deal make this a 2c-3c stock. Large sales at the current structure makes this a dime. That's why I'm here.
