Actually why don't you call them and ask them. I am sure they will give you that info. I know what i know and not what is in their pockets. I can tell you as many others can, they are not a PR firm at all nor do they handle PR. In the case of ASFX what I was told by them was they came in on a multi task relationship.
They introduced the company to all of its current financiers for over the last yr and half, they brought them audiostocks, they brought them more of a legal team, they brought them a following of investors, and from a call i had last quarter with them they even invested a chunk of money into the company. What they have, do not have, only they would know my good friend. Only they would know. I'll forward your post and ask them if they can answer that. I am sure their legal team will have a field day with you.
