Still not sure I follow...Are you comparing the shares Hrct used to pay for the subs with Mama's Private placements?..Other than that I see no other dilution..If Hrct didn't use the shares to purchase the companies they have now, we wouldn't be awaiting a listing on another exchange or in a position to turn these companies into more profitable, long lasting businesses..They have slowed the acquisition train for now also..

I still don't see the similarities..jmo

Oh yeah, also I'm not familiar with any options that have been exercised at this time..Doesn't mean they haven't..I am just not aware...and haven't really looked into it..
