The gentleman I spoke with at FINRA couldn't give me details about any transactions, but did say they had not received any communication from the company.

Look, maybe they emailed the documents the same time they sent out the PR and they are sitting in some compliance guys inbox, I don't know. All I know is that as of yesterday they had not filed yet - that is ALL, maybe if you called today, they will have filed.

I'm encouraging folks here to follow up on your investments, that's all.

The PR said "FILED" not "SUBMITTED"

Bad grammar, maybe but does that mean I can't call? I also just wanted to find out about which divy it was.
