Turbosig - the phone number in the press release was for NASDAQ's dividend department not FINRA. You said you called the number in the press release. Did you also call a different number and talk to FINRA as well as calling NASDAQ? If you called a different number than the one in the press release, can you post it?


BIH Corporation Updates Dividend Payment Process

MYERS, Fla., Jan. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BIH Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: BIHC) The Company announced today that it has submitted its dividend payment request as outlined by their Transfer Agent to FINRA as required, after FINRA review and approval they will forward it to NASDAQ's Dividend department [phone] for execution.

NASDAQ, with its authority and ability, will formally establish a pay date and record date per their approval and guidelines, the Company has no control over their time line, however the Company has submitted all required paperwork as required by both authorities. The Company once given notice by NASDAQ as to the payment date (as we are advised in advance) will advise their shareholders.
