We've all been thru this too many times. Aero terminated the Javelin contract so they said in a PR.

Aero filed an 8K when the contract was established, however, failed to file an 8K when this contract was supposedly terminated.

The Javelin folks are all still around to this day, therefore, have they really been terminated as you say????

I hardly think so.

Remember, a company can say almost anything in a PR, but, when it comes to the SEC filings they do so under the penalty of perjury.
