and i called the lack of dilution from may thru the annual
<10/2/08 cut off date> based on *interpretations* of reading
2 level 2's .. for months on end ~

speculation is just that ~

what matters is what is actually achieved
which is why ~ one can pull up every pr
listed out since aero came public .. and
as a public entity ~ one can take *notes*
and determine that which has been
pr'd and that which has *actually* been achieved

http://www.aeroperformanceproducts.com/media?type=press

in 2008

3 things *mattered* to me

in jan .. aero filed a def 14c <as fccn>
to change their name and ticker

just a reminder it's aero performance products

in may .. aero *terminated* jav adv group

and in aug .. aero uplisted to the otc bb
~ an act some speculated would take a year
if it ever happened at all ~ lol .. per usual
aero *defied* expectations .. and uplisted to
the otc bb in just under 3 months

all the chatter about that *now* being the norm
has yet to *produce* one other fully filing pink
that did the same .. in the same time frame

it's only been since 8/26/08 .. i understand if
more time is needed ~

i'm content with my dd .. i'll await the prs <i fully
expect> are enroute

oh and golden ~ if one actually calls jones
one is *directed* to aero's current ir ..
by the *good folks aka employees* at jones

gee i'm not sure they'd be doing that ~ if
9 months of negotiations and DD
hadn't been *undertaken*

looking forward to all of the details being revealed

and the deal being *finalized*

10/5/07 -- there are no coincidences here ...
oh and like many other longs .. not selling at this level --
