Wrinkles any buyer now will make a lot of money with the plan to become a very big company. That's why investor would want to make major investment. Think about it. A company this small still. Even 40 million is a small company. What an investment and future getting in now. Many here might think short term. Many might think a few years is a long time. Not to big investors. A few years for big gain is a short time to them.
Just remember the price SPNG can pay for RME shares is fixed.
All that needs to happen to reduce RME shares is have SPNG and RME agree to higher price. What if avg price now is say 2.5 cents for rme shares. They agree to reduce shares and agree to 5 cents. Still same amount owed to rme. All they want when agreeing to buyback is get paid what is wed. No profit just what is owed. A vendor paid in shares that if SPNG had the cash would have paid them in cash.
