SPNG/Company might ought to move as quick as possible. 
As soon as people figure out our new savior can't save us, we will be setting new lows in the stock market and higher highs in unemployment. So let's get this show on the road while we still have a buyer wanting to buy. (JMO) I own my own real estate business and know it is always nicer if you can move as quickly as possible, before any buyers remorse sets in. Although with that being said MM's will be paying for most of the company anyway courtesy of NSS.
