Well thank you every so much Marv, (now move aside and let Lou read the screen with you) but it is my belief that the IRS and SEC automatically get involved as they too are noticed in a BK proceedings of a publicly traded company, even if it is a stinking pink. And for the record, I do believe that Spunky made contact long before the Summer of 08. Furthermore, how would you know that the IRS contacted Joe and informed him that he was under investigation? Did the CID pick up the phone and tell you guys this?
But but but then again, if it were really Lou that got the SEC and IRS involved, well he could still come into some money, you know that old reward thing. Marv, put the shovel down while you are ahead, this is Lou's hole and he does not need your help in digging it as he has done just fine all by himself.
