They don't have to buy back the stock they sold. They can issue more. A gagged TA is a sure sign that the company's got things to do (dilution, mostly) that they don't want the stockholders to know about.

i actually suggested this theory way back before the 10k lol, but as a joke..now it jut doesnt seem so funny :-) theres alot going on behind the blinds..we only get to peak in through a crooked blind...LOL
