I would wonder if with a gagged TA if SPNG sells shares into the float for cash throughout the quarter for orders that are being shipped that quarter, then goes and buys back the stock, so at the end of the quarter, no one knows they did this. Could this be a reason teh blind folds are on? I don't care if they are doing it, but it would atleast help me understand the volume and the way the stock moves up and down.
I haven't looked at our last spike in price and how close it was to when the qrt ended, but I think I might take a look to see if it is a possibility. We had a bunch of paid pumps here lately, now that we are into this quarter, they could be back into this style.... Just a thought... anytone think this is a possiblity?
I am not bashing, just trying to understand what is going on with this stock.
