PA, maybe your legal expertise can help me,...On a previous post, I linked any interested individuals to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania's info concerning GH's appeal to the earlier lost appeal in lower court, against the Penn. Securities Comm. (The case is labeled active, and as far as the Pro Bono status is concerned, the info indicates NO) I am curious what this means: "Petition for Leave to File a Reply to the Brief in Opposition". Does, or did, this open the opportunity for GH to skip state? The key word-"LEAVE"-coincidentally, just happened to make me think so, LOL...including skipping out on the very high legal fees, as you have earlier indicated.
