Merritt held either in stock or options a total of 239,000 shares in IDCC as of year end 2003..I only questioned his timing and MOTIVATION of the sale of some 20,000 shares..


Mschere: I totally agreed. That why I felt uneasy about the amount of shares I have. May be I need to unload some to feel a little better.
