Working on the PR now, said he HAS been at it all day today. I asked him if he spoke to anyone around 8:am and he said yes all kinds of people. I asked him if he recalled telling anyone that a PR about the share structure was coming today, he said no but anything was possible that early in the morning. I asked if the PR was in regards to the share structue and he said he couldnt comment. I asked if he was aware of a conversation with uc and the transfer agent and he said yes. He advised drilling on a new target is ready to begin and there are more core samples at the lab and results are almost back expecting anytime now. He did say he told someone to hold on to their pants we were going on a quick ride to the moon.

Now from my experience sometimes people have better relationships with other people than you do. If you make friends withsomeone over time they are going to let a little more out to you than the other cats that just call occasional. Once trust is built you can glean little more information or it might have a chance of "slipping" in confidence. If this wasnt something melvin wanted out about the share structure pr coming today (if in fact thats what it is) then I would say there is one less person that is a fly on the wall.

one last thing he did say "we are testing a new board now" asked if it was this one he said he wouldnt comment on that, but to use my head. Asked if it was possible if the new board was leaked out and he said use your head anything is possible. Like I said looks like a way to keep the companies hands clean if this one dosent meet there needs and crashes or becomes full of garbage while testing it


*******Now he didnt say and I should have clarified it that a pr would b out today he just said he was working on one thgat tells me from what I have seen in the past today or tomorrow. He has been tight lipped since the new attorney came on board about pr's******
