It is still unclear what exactly will happen. There have been many references on this board to share exchanges between 1:477 all the way to 1:2000. What we do know for sure is that MMU is not going to give VRGD its revenue stream for nothing. So we have to wait for the formal announcement of the ticker change and the share consideration given. Rest assured that this is a good deal for VRGD shareholders, especially when you consider the alternative of NOTHING. JMHO
