Like I told wadirum1, hopefully everyone does not get the same feeling at the same time but they also have the ability to pull the trigger and sell their stock
Classic Deer In Headlights Syndrome.
-Cannot sell because however unlikely; NSS might be real.
-Cannot sell because SPNG has to go back to its highs.
-Cannot sell because it may be too soon.
-Cannot sell because you fell in love with the company/ products/ officers, et al.
-Cannot sell for a loss no matter what; even a small one.
-Averaging down further inhibits the ability to sell at any price.
Most importantly:
-Buying and holding because people talking bad about a stock must be a "good sign"
Once people learn that the penny stock market is all about stories and business does not affect PPS; an awakening occurs which seems to be happening here. The people that are telling you things are great are hoping that you believe them so you buy and the stock goes up so they can sell. A key thing to remember in these markets is that you do not have to make your $$$ back in the same stock you lost it in. Many people will hold a stock forever because you do not lose until you sell, but you never recoup one $ of your investment to re-invest or keep either.
The 10-Q will answer so many questions. I do not think it will be there, but what would you think of all you have been told if a 41 million share discounted stock deal is in the numbers?
