FFF,

Furth has been talking about having 41M shares in his Sign Fund since at least the summer. It is only recently that he proved it with a 13G filing.

So, if Furth did get 41M in some deal from the company during the summer, why would it only now be appearing in the 10 for Q2?

Or, are you saying that as of the summer he was predicting that he would have 41M and then only in Q2 made that prediction come true?

I think you are not on solid ground here.

The 10-Q will answer so many questions. I do not think it will be there, but what would you think of all you have been told if a 41 million share discounted stock deal is in the numbers?
