I wonder if Roger Taylor would be kind enough to provide an opinion letter from the accounting firm doing the GAAP Audit? They will either say that everything is fine with the accounting records or they will point out particular accounting and internal control deficiencies and maybe give us an idea how much longer this will take. Those findings should be available I would think. Have to believe it will be done soon.
