The 400 Billion = Legitimate ISSUED shares by CMKX + counterfeit shares SOLD by the naked shorts to the "owners of record"
If the Legitimate # of shares issued is, say for EXAMPLE, 40 billion, THEN YOU SEE WHY URBAN HIRED ROGER TO SORT THIS OUT!!

i made sure the ta rep i spoke with understood my question.
i asked is this the number of shares cmkx reports as being issued and outstanding or is this the number of shares held by shareholders of record.
she said, no this is not the companies number, we don't know that. this is the number of shares held in the float.
call and ask them directly... i also advised her to make sure this is clarified quickly as the two numbers have very different meaning.
she said she would!

the ta gave me the number of 400 billion, i swear.
i had her clarify and she confirmed that the 400 billion is not what the company has outstanding. they don't know that number.
the 400 billion is what is held in the public float!!!!!
unless cmkx dumped 350 or more billion on the market in 2004!!! but if they did the short position would be ZERO!
think about this!!!! it needs to be officially clairified, but i am sure my read on this is correct. that is unless cmkx did dump 350 billion shares on us!!!! and then hired glenn!?! what sense does that make?

it is critical that everyone understands what the 400 billion stands for. if not ask and i'll try and explain it better.
the number of shares issued by the company is unknown for now. last info was it was 37 billion...
the number the ta is offering is the number of shares held by shareholders of record.
any difference between the two is the short position, and any number over cmkx official issued shares is naked shorts.

This makes perfect sense............. everyone of us shareholders who have purchased shares equal that #.......................we would all want a formal and official record that our shares exist .....would we not?
However, it is a very different thing to confuse that with the "Float"!!!

the 400 billion reported by the ta has nothing to do with the number cmkx has issued.
the ta considers all shares held long as the outstanding amount... but it is not the what cmkx has issued...
if stockgate is real and if cmkx is naked shorted to the teeth then 400 billion could be mostly shorted shares...
which ultimately the hedge funds that shorted them will have to buy back. a naked short sale is made to a buyer who then owns the stock as a long.
the naked shorter takes on the role of issuer and must pay all costs related to those shares he has issued (like dividends) and must buy those shares on the open market at some point to close the transaction...
all we need to know now is how many shares cmkx has issued officially... so we may endup with 400 billion issued and 400 billion outstanding or we may end up with 10 billion issued and 400 billion outstanding... or anywhere in between...
