Clamcakes .. Got to call you on Wellfleet oysters which I thought were the best in the world when I lived on the Cape. They can't hold a candle to Pemaquid oysters from the Damariscotta River 200 feet away from where we live. We served 15,000 oysters at last year's festival .. how many did Wellfleet put out? Life is good .. one of our best friends is a lobsterman and the other is an oyster farmer!
