you sound as if you think you can do better....i say you have no idea what your talking about...where are you gonna sue LG..in korea?...in japan?...in europe?...your sure as hell not gonna sue them in the US for nonexistent 3g sales...i think you should really think things over before making statements like that...your impatience shows through...impatience is not the #1 thing an employer is looking for

Jai, do you think IDCC can just go over to LG and begin to kick Arse and make them sign on the dotted line. If that were the case all of the companies would be signed because us share holders would be standing at the ready along with Merritt.

These big guys are out to do whatever they want until they are backed in a corner, or have some reason why they should sign now.

Stop talking as though our licensing team isn't making any effort or headway. Instead why don't you contact LG and ask them why they haven't signed.

Also do you expect IDCC to sue every infringer in a court of law at the same time? Let management run the company, just like they let us run our mouths.
