IL Pad... When confronted by a shareholder the CEO stated in Aug 2003 that he would not do a R/S. Not to say that he won't change his mind. IMO the R/S must happen sooner or later, so I'm not going to wait for this stock to hit $1+ after it gets back on the NASDAQ. I'll most likely (but not necessarily so)sell out at .25 unless the PPS was moving north without retrace.
