Zardiw, There has been healthy debate about the NOL and maintaining share structure over the weekend. I have read so much about it my eyes hurt. I know Mike on the wamurape site seems really sure that the share structure isn't protected by the NOL. I still believe from my readings and from court rulings that the commons are going to remain intact to preserve the NOL. I am curious if you have read anything that has changed your mind on this?
