FWI, my guess those had something to do with the factory when it was operational. Dominion has ALOT of gas storage in my local area, none of them have above ground tanks, the gas is stored in underground caverns and rockbeds. The only thing above ground is pumps, and large pipes. All are painted a flat minty green color.
