The NEC hearing took place on Sept 24 and they were still deciding in the next year when the settlement stopped the process.

Jiff, I will trust the fact that after the discovery phase of the Arb, all the facts and issues will be on the table. And there will really be no reason to take 6 months to make a decision. Particularly if the questions/issues at hand come down to trigger no trigger and the rate.
