Ziploc: you are missing nothing...there are just certain forces that want the uncertainty in IDCC stock, that way it is susceptible to downdrafts, with limited upside for the next couple of months. People just want to play their games, so they can make some change. I know you know this...but this NOK/IDCC gets tiring after awhile.
Can you imagine going to an arbitration, and in essence saying that you (NOK) are not going to present proof of patent invalidity sufficient to convince the panel, in fact you have withdrawn your claims of invalidity from the case, but that you would like the panel to take into account your assertions without having to meet the burden of proving them with evidence? What a joke!
