JPM will not be found guilty of anything. The only one WMI should sue would be the FDIC and even that is a long shot. Other banks have filed suit against the FDIC for wrongful seizure in the past. Some have won but most have failed. There is still possibility for WMI to come out of this as a viable company but this talk of 10+ pps for JPM to avoid a possible suit is ridiculous.
