a tender offer would certainly be a surprise to many of us..up till now it's been hypothetical or academic. Even if I were bashing this stock I would hold a min of 1mm shares unless I despised betting. I can't figure why bashers are so completely techinical in this stock. They are far worse that day trading "chartie".
btw Ever been to Rome..? cooking is good there.
