727, Well where do I begin!

I guess we could start with The PR that DEMANDED that cusip number cert's be exchanged for the brand newly registered 205 cert's, "however" there was a slight problem, Megas NEVER sent instructions to the TA to issue 205's.

Then, of course there was the law suit against his shareholders that he knew he didn't have the funds to follow thru.

Then there was the shareholder meeting, that was so crowed with reported 6 attendees, that the only shareholder that showed up had to sit in the next room.

Then the decision to R/S and name change, well we got a name change, that some say the SEC likes, however no action by the TA has been taken to send informed instructions to brokers to change our accounts.

Oh did I miss the Pino thingy.

Like I said the more Megas steps into it, the more he steps into it. While we sit here for years waiting for the next STEP.IMO
