bobby; that pretty much sums it up.
i see tm just blowing more hot air and keeping his head
buried in the sand(at the same time), some how still thinking
the dtc must clear our trades at some point. how long will it take tm to see that unless the courts force the dtc to
clear our trades WE WILL NOT TRADE? maybe tm is just
blowing smoke until the nas/clearing co. comes on-line.

I would suggest at the DTCC, if your looking for the initial problem.

When one tries to start midway into the problem, the results are
skewed, and we don't want that to happen, now do we?.
Take your time in replying, as there is a whole lot of info you
completely missed in the IBOX,

A little tip for you. When trying to solve a problem, find out where
it originates, then you just follow the chain of events in their
order.
